Terms and conditions.

Confidence Travel & Expenses

  • Travel is charged at £0.60 per mile (round trip). Any additional travel related costs, such as parking fees, congestion charges, or tolls-are payable by the client. Please notify me in advance of any parking restrictions or access issues to ensure timely arrival.

  • If I am required to travel more than 2 hours from my home address for your wedding, I may request that overnight accommodation is booked for the night before.

  • For early start times before 5:00am, an out-of-hours charge of £50 applies.

Consultations & Previews

  • Consultations and previews will take place at my home address in Exeter. If it is difficult for you or your bridal party to travel, please contact me to discuss possible arrangements.

  • Trials are held Monday-Friday.

  • Saturday previews are only offered November-March, subject to availability.

Payment, Deposits & Final Balance

  • To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable £100 deposit is required

  • Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received and a confirmation message is sent.

  • Deposits are dectutable from the final balance.

  • deposits must be paid within 48 hours, otherwise the date may be released.

  • The remaining balance is due one month before the wedding date, and late payment may result in cancellation with the deposit forfeited, as no services will be provided until the final balance is paid in full.

Minimum Booking Fees

  • A £300 minimum booking fee applies for Saturday weddings and peak season dates (May-September).

Cancellations & Changes

  • Payments already made are non-refundable, and cancellations within four weeks of the wedding date will result in the full balance being due.

  • Consultation appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a £30 surcharge.

  • If the wedding is rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, any payments already made may be transferred to the new date, subject to availability; however, if I am unavailable for the new date, the deposit will remain non-refundable.

  • In the unlikely event that I must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive a 100% refund of all payments. I will also make every effort to find a highly recommended replacement artist and will provide them with a full brief and any necessary products.

Sunday & Bank Holiday Bookings

  • A £50 surcharge applies to weddings held on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Makeup Assistants

  • I can comfortably cater for up to six people, including the bride. For larger bookings or tight schedules, a makeup assistant may be required. This will be confirmed at the trial once the timings have been finalised.

Client Responsibilities

  • The client must inform me of any allergies, sensitivities, or contagious skin conditions. I reserve the right to refuse treatment if a contagious condition is present.

  • The client agrees to release Tani Leaman from liability for any reactions caused by undeclared allergies.

  • Clients must ensure that all bridal party members are present, ready, and on time, as delays may reduce service time without affecting the final cost.

Liability & Insurance

  • I am not liable for any third-party suppliers I recommend. All assisting artists will hold appropriate insurance, and | hold full public liability and makeup insurance.

On-Site Conditions

  • Please ensure that the working area is clean, well-lit (preferably with natural light), and includes a table or surface for products, and access to a power outlet.

Image Usage

  • I may photograph you during your consultation and on your wedding day for use in my portfolio, website, or social media.

  • Images will not be posted before your wedding day.

  • Please inform me if you do not consent to any photos being taken or used for marketing
